Very polite, friendly, professional workers. We had leak in a pipe beneath the concrete slab of the house. The pipe ran through a plastic sleeve coming up into the house. Challenges were encountered due to old lines that led into the house. Kealoha was the young man doing the work. He remained persistent and always polite and smiling. New line was run into the house through the existing pipe. We had the water heater replaced since it needed to be moved to get to the pipe. We will definitely use this company for all our plumbing needs and highly recommend!

This fine crew of gentlemen was an absolute godsend. Gas line ruptured and we were not prepared. Quick to respond to call, sent someone asap to access the damage, give estimate and even had payment options explained in a day. Than had the issue completely repaired and helped me get service restored in less than half a day. You could not ask for better response time, courtesy, and professional quality work. I look forward to having them work on all my future plumbing needs and have ease knowing it will be done above my expectations the 1st time.

Main water line from well burst. Was able to schedule repair early next morning. I live outside city limits and Plumb Twisted are the only ones that will go out of there way here. They did a quick fix (dug 4 ft down to main line) and even have financing available online to be able to replace our old galvanized lines. Home owners insurance 'doesn't cover wear and tear'. These guys are life saviors.
